Faction Networks today announced the completion of its merger with OA Technologies, uniting the two companies under a single brand to accelerate the development and delivery of American-made Zero Trust cybersecurity networking products. As part of the merger, Leroy Williams has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of Faction Networks.
Williams, who joined OA Technologies as President and CEO in December 2025, brings more than 20 years of executive leadership across telecommunications, technology, and consumer electronics. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Growth and Innovation Officer at Optimum, Chief Product Officer at Samsung Electronics America, and held senior leadership roles at Rogers Communications and Verizon Wireless. His appointment to lead the combined entity signals a sharp focus on scaling go-to-market operations and expanding into commercial, government, and military sectors.
The merger brings together Faction Networks’ Zero Trust cybersecurity platform with OA Technologies’ U.S.-based hardware manufacturing capabilities, originally established through a joint venture with networking firm Davolink. The combined company will continue its mission to deliver domestically manufactured secure wireless routers and networking appliances, in addition to enabling “human-in-loop” empowerment to intervene within AI and Autonomous Agent environments, while addressing growing national security concerns around foreign-made networking infrastructure. Product launches already underway include Faction Pods and Portals, with Zero Trust Routers expected to follow later this year.
The newly unified Faction Networks is positioned to serve as a critical domestic alternative to other, more complex and less cost effective solutions focused on the SMB small-to-midsize business market. Under Williams’ leadership, the company plans to expand its product portfolio and deepen its presence across both the private and public sectors.
